## Description

We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison to engage in scientific discussions with healthcare professionals about products and disease areas. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of ethics and governance mindset, and be able to approach work with a fair and balanced discussion style.

Responsibilities:

- Engage in scientific discussions with healthcare professionals about products and disease areas

- Collect medical insights from healthcare professionals

- Address advanced scientific questions from healthcare professionals through visits or online interactions

- Gather academic information at conferences and similar events

- Promote data understanding for speakers to enhance the quality of lectures (hosted/co-hosted by GSK)

Requirements:

- Graduate of a science, engineering, medical, or nursing-related university program or higher

- Proficiency in English sufficient to comprehend academic papers (use of a dictionary permitted)

- Native-level proficiency in Japanese

- Work experience of at least 3 years at a pharmaceutical company or in a natural sciences-related field

- At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Science Liaison

- Knowledge about pharmaceutical products

- Communication skills and interpersonal coordination abilities

- Ability to approach work with a strong sense of ethics and governance mindset

- Capability to independently pursue skill development

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiar with medical affairs operations

- Knowledge of respiratory diseases and pharmaceuticals

- Work experience in the respiratory field

- Ability in English sufficient to participate in training conducted in English and understand the content
