## Description

This role will be part of Paidy, a company acquired by PayPal in 2021. As a Senior Analyst, you will work independently and collaborate internally to determine appropriate actions and influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of processes and programs.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

- Work independently on sales development tasks

- Collaborate internally to improve processes and programs

- Influence the quality and efficiency of sales initiatives

- Determine appropriate actions considering alternative solutions

- Lead small projects and provide guidance to junior team members

**Additional Responsibilities:**

- Build and maintain relationships with existing merchants through regular visits and online meetings

- Gather information from merchant operations personnel, including usage status, customer reactions, and issues

- Design post-implementation KPIs for merchants and monitor them regularly

- Make improvement and campaign proposals based on KPIs

- Share customer feedback internally and incorporate it into product improvements and new services

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- At least approximately three years of experience in corporate sales, account management, or relationship-based sales

- Sales experience in fields such as financial services, payments, retail, or SaaS

- A proven track record of building long-term relationships with merchants and store representatives

- Experience using data and KPIs to identify issues and develop proposals
