## Description

Global Product Solutions (GPS) at BlackRock seeks a Vice President to drive the development and lifecycle management of iShares ETFs in Japan.

The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to identify product opportunities and lead them from initial concept through development, approval, and launch.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead the development of new Japan-listed ETFs from initial concept to launch.

- Identify opportunities to expand and improve the iShares Japan product range.

- Partner with Investments, Client Business, and Product Commercialization to develop the ETF product pipeline.

- Drive cross-functional execution across Legal & Compliance, Operations, Technology, and other partners.

- Manage the existing ETF range through product enhancements and lifecycle initiatives.

- Prepare product proposals, analyses, and governance materials.

- Monitor developments across the Japanese and global ETF industries.

**Experience:**

- 5+ years of relevant experience in asset management, ETFs, or a related field.

- Experience in ETF or investment product development, product management, or a related function is preferred.

- Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products, with knowledge of ETFs and the Japanese asset management market.

- Strong project management and analytical skills.

- Sound commercial judgment and ability to evaluate client demand and competitive positioning.

- Proven ability to work effectively across functions.

- Fluency in Japanese and strong business-level English.
