## Summary

Microsoft AI are looking for a talented Technical Program Manager to join their team in Zürich, Switzerland. This role will involve managing high-stakes, time-sensitive, large-scale programs and working closely with AI researchers and engineers to deliver technical outcomes.

## About the Role

As a Technical Program Manager at Microsoft AI, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and programs, including all elements of end-to-end program planning, timelines, milestones, performance metrics, risk anticipation/mitigation, and resource needs for programs and product cycles. You will work closely with product teams, engineers, researchers, and external partners to identify gaps and drive timelines toward resolution and mitigation. You will also leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, track progress, and measure the impact of quality and efficiency programs.

## Accountabilities

- Coordinate projects and programs, including all elements of end-to-end program planning, timelines, milestones, performance metrics, risk anticipation/mitigation, and resource needs for programs and product cycles.

- Collaborate with product teams, engineers, researchers, and external partners to identify gaps and drive timelines toward resolution and mitigation.

## The Candidate we're looking for

**Experience:**

- 5+ years of experience in developing AI/ML models, including working with data, training models, and evaluating model quality.

**Technical skills:**

- Experience with data and analytics tools, such as SQL, Python, and R.

- Experience with AI/ML frameworks, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

**Personal attributes:**

- Strong communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
