## Description

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the evolution of our SDKs, a technically demanding and highly collaborative effort. You'll work with language experts to deliver cutting-edge observability products across 9 supported languages.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead, grow, and develop a team of roughly 4-8 library engineers

- Own team delivery and productivity: planning, milestones, reviews

- Collaborate with Product teams to reshape and grow our platform capabilities

- Stay technically close to the work, applying strong technical judgment and setting a high standard for quality

- Build strong relationships and drive alignment across language teams and product, backend

**Requirements**

- Experienced Engineering Manager with a track record of shipping

- Strong and empathetic leader with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams

- Significant programming experience in one or more of: Go, C, Rust
