As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care to patients every day. You will work in an environment where the highest professional and ethical standards are maintained, ensuring all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for patients. Your duties will include managing assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions while providing caring service that exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks

- Fill patient prescriptions accurately and safely

- Provide excellent customer service

- Maintain patient confidentiality

- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations

Requirements:

- Must be at least 16 years of age

- Licensure requirements vary by state

- Attention and focus

- Customer service orientation

- Communication skills

- Mathematical reasoning

- Problem resolution

Physical Demands:

- Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods

- Moving about on foot

- Picking, pinching, typing or working with fingers

- Extending hands and arms

- Bending and stooping

- Expressing or exchanging ideas through spoken words

- Perceiving sounds at normal speaking levels

- Visual acuity for activities like transcribing and reading

- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical or customer service setting

- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician

- PTCB National Certification

Education:

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full-time Pay Range: $18.94 - $28.94
