## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Navicent Health Medical Center - Inpatient Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and treating patients to help them recover from injuries or illnesses.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform patient assessments and reassessments to develop effective treatment plans

- Provide care in accordance with physician's orders and communicate with healthcare team members

- Assess and document patient outcomes criteria at initial and discharge evaluations

- Demonstrate knowledge of physical therapy modalities and operate equipment safely and correctly

- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and evaluate effectiveness of learning

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

**Requirements:**

- Georgia license in physical therapy

- Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in physical therapy

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, time management skills, and flexibility

- Ability to lift 25-60 lbs. and carry 25-50 pounds
