## Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Specialist to join our team in Ludesch, Austria. As a Technical Project Specialist – New Lines & Commissioning, you will play a key role in shaping new production possibilities and supporting international production projects from concept to successful launch.

In this position, you will work closely with international co-packers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure the successful implementation of new production lines and technical plant concepts. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Project management and technical implementation: You will independently coordinate projects for the implementation of new production lines and plant concepts at international co-packers and accompany them from technical preparation to successful implementation.

- Commissioning and production start-up: You will prepare for commissioning, line extensions, and technical plant changes, accompany them on-site, and ensure a stable production start through consistent follow-up of open points.

- Technical feasibility and optimisation: You will assess the technical feasibility of new line configurations, packaging formats, production processes, and equipment requirements. You will also analyse production and plant data to optimise line performance and ensure reliable series operation.

- Interface management and knowledge transfer: You will act as a central interface between co-packers, plant suppliers, PACK, QA/QM, Logistics, Innovation, and internal project teams. You will document technical results, risks, open points, and lessons learned and derive targeted improvement measures.

Requirements:

- At least 4 years of professional experience in technical project work, production technology, plant planning, or a comparable technical environment, ideally with international project involvement.

- Experience in planning, implementing, and commissioning production lines, technical plants, or comparable industrial projects, as well as a pronounced understanding of production processes and equipment.

- Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to structure and manage multiple projects and technical topics effectively.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills, combined with a solution-oriented and independent working style.

- High organisational ability, initiative, and flexibility, with a willingness to travel internationally and regular business trips.

- Very good German and English language skills.

We offer a minimum salary of EUR 2,509 per month gross, but our actual salary packages are significantly higher.
