## Description

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Sephora Malaga & Marbella. As a Beauty Expert, you will work at a fast-paced rate to achieve and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will be driven by the enthusiasm of achieving your goals and giving your best self. You will not only want to meet expectations but exceed them.

You believe that teamwork makes dreams come true and understand your impact and how vital your role is. You can adapt to last-minute changes and be a true support to your leaders and colleagues alike.

You defend the art of high-quality artistic makeup and provide an impeccable customer experience. You are an ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and want to share your knowledge with all customers. You are passionate about Charlotte Tilbury's makeup looks and can recreate the magic for your clients, offering advice and guidance.

You take pride in following the company's personal care standards to the letter: you know what looks good and are not afraid to show it.

We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG. You aspire to be part of our revolutionary beauty brand that continues to grow. You love everything related to Charlotte Tilbury and are not afraid to spread the word.

Ideally, you have experience in makeup application and can adapt your style to different clients with different needs. You defend positivity and think limitlessly, making your energy shine.
