## Description

We are seeking a Project Director/Industrial Hygiene Specialist to join our team in Montréal, QC, Canada. As a Project Director/Industrial Hygiene Specialist, you will be responsible for managing projects and executing tasks related to industrial hygiene and health and safety, including asbestos and hazardous materials management.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide support to industrial, commercial, government, and private clients on industrial hygiene and health and safety matters

- Develop sampling strategies and coordinate data collection

- Conduct industrial hygiene audits and indoor air quality assessments

- Interpret inspection findings and analysis results

- Prepare inspection reports and provide recommendations for contaminant management

- Develop demolition/decontamination plans and cost estimates

- Collaborate with architects and engineers on projects

- Provide technical support to technicians

- Coordinate decontamination work

- Manage project timelines and deliverables

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field

- 7-10 years of experience in a similar role

- Certifications in Industrial Hygiene (CIH and/or ROH) are an asset

- Experience in health, safety, and occupational hygiene, including audits, hazardous materials inventory, and decontamination site follow-up

- Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards related to health, safety, and environment

- Autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Fluency in French (spoken and written)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
