## Description

ElevenLabs is hiring a System Architect to build the engine behind its full-funnel lifecycle programs across Creator, Enterprise, and Developer segments.

The core challenge is to design a lifecycle system where launching a new vertical in a new market is a configuration change, not a rebuild. The ideal candidate will be both architect and operator, defining the data model and segmentation logic underneath the journeys, then shipping them.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Architect a parameterized lifecycle system where new industries, segments, and languages are configuration, not new campaign trees

- Design and launch onboarding, nurture, and upsell campaigns across Creator, Enterprise, and Developer segments

- Prototype and ship own integrations and logic; scope engineering help

- Own lifecycle touchpoints across channels with clear, measurable goals

- Build multilingual nurture flows that scale globally

- Set up and manage robust A/B testing plans and track performance

- Own the reporting framework for lifecycle marketing; define success metrics and communicate learnings

- Build ABM infrastructure for targeted, account-level nurture and retention programs

- Partner with design and engineering teams to deploy campaigns

- Bring structure and governance to lifecycle strategy

**Requirements**

- 4+ years in B2B lifecycle, demand gen, or marketing automation roles

- Deep proficiency in HubSpot

- Working knowledge of Salesforce

- Experience building and managing lead scoring and MQL/SQL/PQL funnels

- Experience running or supporting ABM programs

- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent cross-functional communication

**Nice to Have**

- Experience building AI-powered marketing workflows

- Experience marketing to developer or technical buyer personas

- Familiarity with product-led growth motions

- SQL or basic data querying skills
