## Description

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at The Saxon Clinic in Milton Keynes. This is a bank role working on an 'as and when required' basis, supporting staffing levels during busy periods and providing cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

The successful applicant will have a degree in Pharmacy (MPharm, BSc or BPharm) and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a pharmacist. You will also have a postgraduate clinical diploma in clinical pharmacy (hospital) or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 5 years registration and 3 years within a hospital environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing pharmaceutical expertise and input to patient care

- Supporting the pharmacy department to deliver an excellent medicine management service

- Supervising junior staff members and assuming responsibility for specialist clinical services

- Facilitating the daily running of the pharmacy department

- Providing clinical input with respect to medicines for all patients

- Ensuring accurate and timely charging and compliance with regulatory frameworks

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to £40.00 per hour, depending on level of experience, training, and qualification.
