We're looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Trial Attorney in Birmingham, Alabama to join our growing practice. As a Trial Attorney, you'll handle mostly motor vehicle and trucking accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Day-to-day handling of litigation cases

- Drafting and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda

- Guiding clients through the case process

- Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits

- Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

To qualify, you'll need:

- A law degree from a fully accredited law school

- Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Alabama

- Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
