### Duties/Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and route customer requests to appropriate departments/personnel, following established policies and procedures.

- Support a 24x7 environment including working on weekends, holidays, evenings, midnights, and extended shifts if relief is not available.

- Screen spam/prank calls and escalate to security services if necessary.

- Track and log calls as necessary.

### What You'll Need to Succeed

- Education: High School Diploma/GED

- Experience: 1+ years of related experience

- Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/poly

- US citizenship required

- Required Technical Skills:

- Familiarity working over the telephone.

- Preferred Skills:

- Experience routing customer issues efficiently

- Key Competencies:

- Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $34.87 - $47.17.
