The Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Roadrunner, will own the entire manufacturing value-chain for Roadrunner, from current rate to high-volume deployment.

Responsibilities:

- Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback into design

- Innovate tool design and selection

- Create and optimize high-rate production lines

- Foster strategic vendor partnerships

- Embed robust quality assurance throughout

- Document build processes meticulously

Requirements:

- Degree in a technical field (engineering, math, or hard science)

- 6+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware

- Demonstrated ability to deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment

- World-class mission assurance, quality, attention to detail, and dedication

- Genuine interest in manufacturing and thirst for learning

Preferred Qualifications:

- Exposure to aircraft programs or aerospace & defense technologies

- Software scripting experience

- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)

- Familiarity with J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards
