## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Risk Management Solutions (RMS) FX desk as an intern. Our RMS FX desk is a leader in structuring and marketing Foreign Exchange, Cash, and Derivatives hedges to a diverse portfolio of European corporate clients.

As an intern on our RMS FX desk, you will work with multinational investment-grade and high-yield companies across various sectors, including healthcare, consumer goods, technology, media & telecom, industrials, infrastructure, and energy. You will assist in analysing complex client risk exposures and contributing to the development of tailored risk management strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyse complex client risk exposures and contribute to the development of tailored risk management strategies

- Assist in cultivating strong client relationships through continuous, idea-driven coverage and customised updates on market developments

- Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Capital Markets professionals to originate new risk management business, supporting clients' strategic and geographic expansion initiatives

- Gain exposure to all aspects of the trade process, including documentation, onboarding, credit approval, derivatives pricing, execution, and restructuring

- Support the preparation of compelling client presentations, financial statement analysis, and term sheets

- Work closely with our Rates and Commodities desks, broadening your understanding of integrated risk solutions

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with near completion of a Master's in Finance

- Strong quantitative aptitude and keen interest in financial markets

- Clear, accurate, and confident communicator comfortable in client-facing situations

- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential

- Commercial acumen, self-motivated with a strong drive for new business opportunities

- Prior experience on a fixed income or macro products desk is desirable

- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
