Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll work flexible hours including Friday 19.00-23.00, Saturday 19.00-23.00, and Sunday 16.00-20.00, with possible full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilizing digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store
