## Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Securities Clearing Technology team in London. You will be responsible for providing quality assurance across all platforms, directing test engineers, and coordinating testing efforts.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supervise a team and allocate tasks to ensure successful end-to-end testing in the software development life cycle

- Manage and lead end-to-end testing delivery and activities to ensure software meets business and customer needs

- Review and approve test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and technology strategy

- Provide line management to a testing team of technical and non-technical testers

- Oversee maintenance of customer technology solutions and resolve issues on time

- Develop understanding of LSEG's commercial direction and how quality and technology contribute to it

- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with other teams

- Communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely

**Requirements:**

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

- ISTQB Core Advanced/Test Management Certified or equivalent

- Test Management and Line Management experience in manual, test automation, or performance testing resources

- Experience in entire software development life cycle, software quality assurance, and one programming language, preferably in multi-tiered applications
