## Description

We are seeking a Field Sales Activator (Merchandiser) to join our team in Munich.

As a Field Sales Activator, you will be responsible for promoting the Red Bull brand and products to customers in the retail, petrol station, and gaming industries.

Key responsibilities:

- Present the Red Bull brand in its best light at customer outlets

- Ensure that stores are well-stocked with Red Bull products and that distribution is maintained at all points of sale

- Build strong relationships with existing customers and acquire new ones

- Support field sales managers with promotional activities and agreements

Requirements:

- Completed vocational training

- Fluent German language skills

- Basic knowledge of commercial topics

- Experience in the German FMCG industry is beneficial but not required

- Valid driver's license (Class B)

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
