We offer a competitive salary range of $87k-$111k annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals

- Provide direct patient care, including manual therapy, exercise instruction, and education

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting

- Certification in a specialty area, such as orthopedics or sports physical therapy
