## Description

As a Warehouse Support Specialist at ShipBob, you will play a crucial role in monitoring inbound and receiving activities at our regional receiving HUBs.

You will be responsible for resolving merchant-facing requests, working with onsite partners to resolve concerns and escalations, investigating discrepancies, and communicating updates to the Operations Manager and Regional Director.

Key responsibilities include:

- Resolving merchant-facing requests around WRO and URO related issues

- Working directly with onsite partners to resolve merchant concerns and escalations

- Investigating WRO discrepancies reported by partner personnel and front-line team members

- Communicating updates, issues, and escalations to the Operations Manager and Regional Director

- Visualizing and conducting loading, planning, and offloading of trucks and containers with minimal supervision

- Scheduling daily loads through set carriers

- Updating and managing BOL requirements

- Generating and logging IPP shipments

- Checking in and checking out drivers for all IB and OB activity

- Logging missed and confirmed appointments through internal reporting tools and appointment scheduling software NOVA

- Supporting the Operations Manager and partner in promptly resolving Jira tickets and merchant escalations

- Ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed safely and in accordance with standard operating procedures

Requirements:

- 1+ year of warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and solve issues in a timely manner

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work professionally with internal and external stakeholders

- Excellent attention to detail

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize independently

- Ability to work independently without direct supervision onsite

- Ability to lift 50 lbs without any health limitations

- Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hour shift or more based on business needs

- Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently
