## Description

Join Adobe's legal team in the São Paulo office as a Legal Counsel, supporting the LATAM business. You will be the main legal point of contact for Adobe's business across LATAM and Mexico.

**Your Mission** Become a key consultant for our dynamic sales team, working with sales, marketing, finance, and other teams. Your knowledge will drive our LATAM business, navigating the region's growing share of global sales revenue and increasingly complex legal landscape.

**What You'll Do**

- Operate as the main Business Partner to the LATAM business leadership

- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including licensing, professional services, and partnerships

- Provide timely, commercial advice and deliver in-house training on key legal topics

- Monitor and offer recommendations on new regulations and laws affecting Adobe across LATAM jurisdictions

- Drive process improvement and build scalable legal processes for the region

- Join working groups and participate in regional and global initiatives aligned with Adobe's strategic priorities

**Who You Are**

- Qualified lawyer with 8+ years post-graduation experience

- Demonstrated history in commercial, IT, and IP domains

- Business and risk savvy, with excellent communication skills

- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish

- Flexible and adaptable, with a sense of humour
