## Description

Forward is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director for its Federal Civilian team, focusing on HHS, DHS, and other civilian accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in Federal Civilian sales, specifically with HHS and DHS, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

- Identify and qualify leads, generating new opportunities within HHS, DHS, and other civilian agencies

- Build strategic relationships with clients through regular face-to-face interactions

- Analyze sales opportunities using data analysis and segmented research

- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and client database

- Stay up-to-date on product and industry knowledge

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of at least 3x revenue target

- Clearly articulate the value proposition and goals of Forward Networks

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree

- 7-10 years of experience in Federal Civilian sales, specifically with HHS and DHS

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in technology sales

- Deep understanding of the networking and security industry, products, competitors, and trends

- Experience selling Enterprise software with an ARR model preferred

- Excellent communication and listening skills

- Background in IT infrastructure

The expected On-Target Cash Earnings for this role is between $320,000-$350,000 per year.
