## Description

The Finance & Operations Intern is a cross-functional role that offers exposure to both operational workflows and financial processes within a global brand. The role is responsible for supporting the Finance and Operations teams in general project management, financial analysis, and operational tasks.

**Responsibilities**

- Assist in general project management tasks, including tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables

- Support resource allocation efforts across operational projects

- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Power Point, etc.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions

- Assist in vendor and supplier communication as needed

**Finance Responsibilities**

- Assist the finance team with the preparation and organization of financial reports, summaries, and presentations

- Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions

- Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in a timely manner

- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including data entry and report preparation

- Help prepare internal financial presentations for leadership review using Excel and PowerPoint

**General Requirements**

- Available to work Monday – Friday, up to 40 hours per week, in office.

- Ability to work overtime as required based on department needs
