## Description

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our Collateral Management team as an Assistant Manager - Technical.

The Collateral Management team is responsible for credit risk mitigation through the collateralization of OTC/Repo/FX products, performing full third-party collateral management activities on behalf of our institutional client base.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing daily operations support to ensure all controls are carried out accordingly

- Acting as primary contact for the business and clients for escalation issues

- Ensuring all dispute processes are aligned globally to mitigate risk and gain efficiency

- Providing quality customer service and ensuring achievement of Performance Level Agreement (PLA)

- Leading a cohesive team, working in a supportive team environment driven by people-centric values

- Monitoring team's performance, productivity, and quality of work

- Developing realistic and achievable strategies and action plans to address performance gaps, training, and staffing requirements

- Preparing and updating Business Contingency Plan (BCP) for Operations Teams

- Identifying ways for improving service, adding value, or reducing costs in line with business goals

Requirements:

- Quick learner with a keen interest in a career in the banking industry

- Ability to work in a team and develop good relations with internal and external stakeholders

- Good business communication skills, both written and oral

- Intermediate Microsoft skills, particularly Excel

- Basic knowledge of derivative products and financial markets

- Adherence to procedures and policies

- Timely escalation of issues to senior management

- Process improvement ideas and implementation assistance

- Assistance in projects and testing of new workflows and tools

- Root cause analysis and follow-through to eradicate causes

- Understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures
