**Key Responsibilities**

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to design creative solutions for clients.

- Conduct desk research using advanced tools to support project development.

- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

- Assist with planning and execution of client workshops and meetings.

- Create compelling presentations, reports, and client deliverables under expert supervision.

- Build professional relationships with clients and team members to ensure project success.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of healthcare trends and consulting techniques.

**What We're Looking For**

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related fields (Master's preferred).

- 1-4 years of business experience. Consulting background preferred.

- Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with excellent communication skills.

- A genuine interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and consulting.

- Availability to visit our Mexico City office (Col. Nápoles) 2-3 times per week.
