## Description

We are seeking a skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team in Cairo on a temporary contract.

As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the FP&A team in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts by collaborating with cross-functional departments to gather required financial information.

Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Support the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost drivers

- Contribute to improving forecast accuracy through ongoing financial analysis and insights

- Financial Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary on business performance

- Maintain and update financial models, reporting tools, and databases to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information

- Provide analytical support to business stakeholders to inform decision-making

- Process Improvement & Strategic Projects:

- Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting efficiency, and team effectiveness

- Support initiatives that enhance the budgeting and reporting process while contributing to a sustainable team workload and work-life balance

- Participate in finance transformation projects, including the Tracking Tools Transformation initiative

Key Objectives:

- Enhance reporting efficiency

- Improve forecast accuracy

- Facilitate an effective and streamlined budgeting process

- Analyze and monitor cost drivers to support business performance

- Improve the FP&A team's operational efficiency and work-life balance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field

- Analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret data effectively

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience with financial modeling and analysis tools is a plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

- Power BI experience is a plus
