We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator (Turning) to join our Night Shift team. This role is Monday to Thursday, 46 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality components, enjoys working with advanced CNC equipment, and wants to be part of a business that supports continuous improvement, innovation, and career development.

**Responsibilities**

As a CNC Setter/Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring our production cells operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Setting and operating CNC turning centres in a fast-paced production environment.

- Selecting tooling, setting offsets, preparing work holding, and safely proving out new and existing jobs.

- Producing components to engineering drawings and customer specifications.

- Performing first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.

- Troubleshooting machining issues, responding to machine alarms, and maintaining production output.

- Working closely with the production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, organisation, and workplace safety.
