## Description

We are seeking an experienced On Premise Trade Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategies for the food service and vending segment in Canada.

**Job Summary:** As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for translating business priorities, consumer insights, and customer needs into clear trade marketing strategies. You will lead the development of the annual business plan, co-develop marketing strategies, and build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.

**Responsibilities:**

### Strategist

- Develop trade marketing strategies for the food service and vending segment

- Lead the development of the annual business plan in collaboration with key stakeholders

- Co-develop marketing strategies and programs for key customers

- Lead the annual development and alignment of Joint Business Plans

### Executor

- Build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders

- Develop trade marketing tools and POS materials

- Own the product and POS strategy for the food service and vending segment

- Partner with external agencies and internal teams to execute national product and occasion strategies

### Coach, Ambassador & Manager

- Act as the trade marketing contact and subject-matter expert for the food service and vending segment

- Serve as the Canadian counterpart to the Global food service and vending Trade Marketing team

- Develop and share insights, learnings, and best practices across the On Premise organisation

- Provide accurate and timely reporting on marketing initiatives

**Requirements:**

- 4+ years of experience in trade marketing or a related commercial marketing role

- Proven experience developing business plans, customer strategies, and integrated marketing programs

- Strong understanding of the consumer goods industry and trade marketing principles

- Exceptional planning and project management skills

- Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

- Fluent in English, bilingual in French is an asset
