## Description

We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Circle Rehabilitation in Birmingham. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week, with a flexible shift pattern.

The successful candidate will assess, plan, and deliver specialist occupational therapy interventions tailored to individual patient goals. They will support patients in developing independence with personal care, domestic tasks, functional mobility, and cognitive or sensory challenges. The role will also involve managing a complex caseload independently, providing specialist input into treatment plans and discharge decisions, and providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and day-to-day support to junior therapists, assistants, and students.

The ideal candidate will be a registered Occupational Therapist with significant post-registration experience across relevant clinical settings. They will have strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and intervention planning skills, as well as excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork abilities.
