## Description

As part of our dynamic Customer Success team, you'll play a pivotal role in helping trading and financial services clients across Central and Eastern Europe unlock the full value of LSEG solutions.

Your ability to build strong relationships, understand client challenges, and translate insights into actionable strategies will be key to driving adoption, retention, and long-term success.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute customer success strategies that drive adoption and retention.

- Lead tailored client engagements through virtual meetings, training sessions, and digital content.

- Monitor product usage and feedback to identify improvements, mitigate risks, and uncover growth opportunities.

- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer perspectives shape product enhancements.

- Represent LSEG at industry events and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in customer success, client relationship management, pre-sales, or trading - ideally in financial services.

- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including senior executives.

- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client challenges.

- Collaborative approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluency in English and Polish.

- Degree in Financial Markets, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.

- Familiarity with domains such as Asset Management, Investment Banking, Wealth Management or Trading.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Compensation Information:** The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 138,700 zł - 231,300 zł.
