## Description

The Thomson Reuters Foundation is seeking an Enterprise Lead to build and lead the Foundation's enterprise capability, turning organisational assets and market insight into compelling, scalable and financially sustainable offers.

The Enterprise Lead will be based in the UK and report to the senior leadership of the Innovation Unit. They will lead the Enterprise Hub and directly manage the Global Sales Executive and Senior Marketing Specialist.

Key responsibilities include:

- Setting and delivering a coherent enterprise strategy that translates the Foundation's mission, expertise, networks, data and intellectual assets into market-relevant products, services and partnership opportunities.

- Systematically assessing activities across the organisation to identify enterprise potential, prioritising opportunities according to mission alignment, customer need, impact, feasibility, scalability and financial return.

- Leading research, testing and engagement with prospective customers, partners and beneficiaries to validate problems, demand, routes to market and willingness to pay.

- Shaping clear value propositions and designing products and services that combine customer value, measurable social impact, operational feasibility and a high-quality user experience.

- Developing and testing pricing, revenue and partnership models, supported by robust cost assumptions, margin analysis and business cases.

- Owning and maintaining a prioritised portfolio and product roadmap, setting clear decision points and coordinating development, investment, launch and iteration across functions.

- Designing pilots with clear hypotheses, success measures and learning goals; analysing product, customer, impact and financial performance; and recommending whether to adapt, scale, pause or stop.

- Meeting income and contribution targets, managing budgets and P&L performance, monitoring risk and performance, and providing clear forecasts and recommendations to senior leadership.

- Managing the Global Sales Executive and Senior Marketing Specialist, aligning product strategy, demand generation, thought leadership, customer communications, pipeline development and account growth.

- Leading and growing TRF's established training portfolio, strengthening existing offers and taking new training products to market across new regions.

- Leading initiatives to assess and strengthen the readiness of relevant products, services or ventures for impact investment, including proposition development, business planning, evidence of demand, impact measurement, governance and investor engagement.

- Building effective relationships across complex and matrixed structures, convening programme, product, finance, legal, communications, technology and subject-matter colleagues to move opportunities from concept to delivery.

- Ensuring enterprise activity is ethical, mission-aligned and compliant with relevant policies, charitable requirements and the Reuters Trust Principles.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in a social enterprise, non-governmental organisation, impact-led business, social investment organisation or similarly mission-driven environment. They will have demonstrated experience taking products, services or ventures from insight and customer discovery through validation, piloting, launch and iteration, as well as managing a P&L, budgets, pricing, business cases and performance.

In return, the Foundation offers a competitive salary package, market-leading benefits, and the opportunity to work for a dynamic global organisation with a focus on social impact.
