Join Kobie, a National Top Workplace and Top Remote Workplace, where the best minds in loyalty come together. As Associate Director, Client Services, you'll lead day-to-day client and internal partnerships on retail accounts, shaping loyalty strategies with data and insights.

Responsibilities:

- Own the working relationship across your accounts, leading client meetings and building trust with multiple stakeholders.

- Partner with Strategy and Decision Science teams to turn customer data into recommendations that lift participation, redemption, and ROI.

- Define and launch seasonal, tier-based, and milestone promotions with clients and Kobie partners.

- Anticipate issues before they escalate and drive them to resolution.

- Spot expansion opportunities and build growth roadmaps.

- Lead product conversations with confidence and own client readiness for launches and major initiatives.

Requirements:

- 8 to 10 years in marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM roles.

- Strategic vision paired with hands-on execution.

- Strong analytical skills and comfort turning data into decisions.

- Knowledge of CRM, loyalty platforms, and customer segmentation.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- Ability to travel up to 15%.
