## Description

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee the full management of warehouse operations at our UK Warehouse. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Full site management, including scheduling of goods receipts and volumes to be processed

- Financially skilled in budgetary and P&L responsibility for the site, building a strong, efficient, and experienced FTE team

- Working with key resource suppliers to dynamically flex the team in line with business demands and seasonal volumes

- Driving operational excellence and continuous improvements to support the evolving business

- Sourcing and managing consumable providers, with continuous negotiation on costs

- Setting SLAs and tracking KPIs

- Working with the Merchandise Planning team on forecasted volumes and shipping priorities

**Requirements:**

- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management, including full site P&L responsibility

- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment

- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations

- Excellent working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics software, and best practices

- Strong understanding of and background in Lean Six Sigma methods

- Effective communicator with strong organisational and analytical skills, fluent in English
