## Description

We are seeking experienced Chefs to join our remote operations at BIBO in New South Wales.

As a Chef with Sodexo, you will prepare meals across breakfast, crib, and dinner services in a high-volume catering environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare meals for our mining communities

- Work in a busy camp environment

- Maintain food safety and HACCP standards

- Deliver consistent quality and presentation

- Work as part of a supportive kitchen team

Requirements:

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery

- Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens

- FIFO, DIDO, or remote site experience desirable but not essential

- Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
