## Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Trade Credit Insurance Administrator at our Bangkok office.

As a Trade Credit Insurance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Trade Credit Team in managing client relationships, policy administration, and claims handling.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, policy information, and internal databases

- Coordinate with clients and insurers to ensure timely service delivery

- Respond to routine client inquiries and escalate complex issues to the Head of Trade Credit Team or relevant account handler

- Assist in preparing management reports, business performance reviews, and presentations

- Support data entry, document control, and maintenance of internal report systems

- Work collaboratively with the Head of Trade Credit Team and other team members to achieve team objectives

- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and applicable insurance regulations

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Trade Credit Team

**Requirements:**

- Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
