## Description

At Bayer, we're visionaries driven to solve the world's toughest challenges. We're looking for a Primary Care Sales Associate to implement sales strategies for approved Cardiorenal products.

**Your Tasks and Responsibilities:**

- Build and develop professional relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacy staff, and hospital systems within an assigned territory.

- Drive utilization of approved Cardiovascular products and menopause products with appropriate patients.

- Leverage knowledge of diabetes, nephrology, and CVD to anticipate and manage business opportunities and challenges.

- Provide input to commercial colleagues on strategic and tactical planning for territory, area, and region.

- Develop and implement effective customer-specific territory plans with the Area General Manager.

**Who You Are:**

- Proven track record of high performance.

- Customer-obsessed with ability to foster an environment promoting ethical behavior and compliance.

- Quick learning agility and outstanding written and oral communication skills.

- Strong analytical and computer capabilities.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

**Benefits:**

- Salary between $115,200 to $172,800.
