## Description

We are seeking a Customer and Trading Manager to lead our nightshift team at our Hereford store.

As a Customer and Trading Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store, prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves. You will often run a full store operation on your own overnight, being responsible for the full shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues in store. Your goal will be to ensure that standards are brilliant come morning so we're ready to serve our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading a team overnight to deliver replenishment activities

- Prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves

- Running a full store operation on your own overnight

- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of colleagues in store

- Managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same

- Experience of leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

- Operational leadership skills

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs

- Experience of managing employee relations issues
