## Description

This apprenticeship offers a unique chance to gain experience in risk management and compliance services while earning a salary and working towards a professional qualification.

**Purpose of the Role** You'll guide the business' adherence to the Compliance risk management framework, provide advisory services to colleagues, utilise data and analytics to monitor and influence the business Compliance risk landscape, develop Compliance risk insight and understanding, and train business stakeholders.

**Accountabilities**

- Guiding the business' adherence to the Compliance risk management framework

- Providing advisory services to colleagues about regulation related to specific products and services

- Utilising data and analytics to proactively monitor and influence the business Compliance risk landscape

- Developing Compliance risk insight and understanding, including Laws, Rules and Regulations, Financial Crime and Conduct

- Training business stakeholders

**Analyst Expectations**

- Meeting the needs of stakeholders/customers through operational excellence and customer service

- Performing prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard

- Executing work requirements as identified in processes and procedures, collaborating with and impacting on the work of team members

- Identifying escalation of policy breaches as required

- Taking responsibility for customer service and operational execution tasks

- Taking ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to
