## Description

We are seeking a Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at Richmond Villages Witney. As a Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to manage and support the care team to deliver person-centred care to our residents.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home

- Create and update individual electronic care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records

- Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained within the home

- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents' independence, choice and dignity

- Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, as well as fostering a sense of community

- Develop strong relationships with local partners to raise the care home's profile

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a care home environment

- Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN number

- Understanding of the benefits of high-quality nursing care for residents

- Effective communicator with strong leadership and mentoring skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in electronic care planning desirable
