## Description

As an Advisor Marketing & Events at Linklaters in Amsterdam, you will take the lead in marketing activities and events. You will translate international campaigns into the Dutch market and bring ideas to life. This role involves collaborating with the Business Development team, lawyers, and global marketing colleagues.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop local marketing activities and translate international campaigns into the Dutch market to increase brand awareness and support client and sector strategies.

- Organize high-quality client events from concept to execution, build sponsorship relationships, and partnerships that align with the brand and strategy.

- Utilize market trends, client insights, and new marketing developments to renew the local approach, making the impact visible with data, improving activities, and presenting results clearly.

- Manage social media and digital content, focusing on the Dutch market and recognizable brand, participating in relevant conversations online and offline, and advising on reputation and engagement strengthening.

- Collaborate with the Business Development & Marketing management team, lawyers, and support teams, sharing knowledge and best practices with regional and global marketing colleagues.

**Requirements:**

- Completed higher education in communication.

- Demonstrable experience in marketing and events, preferably in professional services.

- Analytical and practical skills, identifying opportunities and turning them into concrete results.

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience in increasing brand awareness and engagement through marketing.

- Event organization from concept to execution.

- Data-driven marketing choices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
