## Description

We are seeking a Security Officer to support the site at The Dolphin Shopping Centre, Poole. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of customers, buildings, and personnel.

The role involves:

- Providing operational support to deliver the agreed service level

- Assisting the team by fostering team spirit and co-operation

- Supporting the delivery of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining documentation

- Maintaining compliance with Health & Safety legislation

- Promoting a secure and safe working environment

- Completing incident reports and dealing with complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels

- Ensuring equipment is fully operational and reporting any issues

- Liaising with the Centre Management Team and Security Supervisor

Requirements:

- Experience working in the Security Industry

- SIA Security Licence – SG or DS

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to remain calm under pressure

- Adaptable and flexible approach to work

- Willingness to work effectively within a team

- Proactive approach to learning and identifying own training needs

- Excellent observational skills
