## Description

Our Supply Chain Operations team is committed to maintaining accurate inventory data and supporting seamless supply chain processes.

As a Supply Chain Inventory Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

- Daily inventory reporting

- System reconciliation

- Managing key processes such as inventory reconciliation, scrap coordination, and audit compliance

**Requirements**

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory control, or administrative logistics support

- Strong proficiency with enterprise planning systems such as Oracle and data visualization/reporting tools like PowerBI

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, and data formatting

- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies in large datasets

- Proven ability to follow established workflows and maintain process documentation

- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools or data analysis assistants

- Experience managing inventory reconciliation processes and coordinating scrap disposal in compliance with financial and quality standards

- Knowledge of SOX and ISO audit preparation and compliance documentation

- Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and managing data archives for audit readiness
