## Description

As a College Intern - Procurement Operations at HP, you will support procurement request processing, tracking, and record keeping. You will update procurement information and records in the SAP S/4HANA ERP system and assist with master data review and cleansing activities.

Responsibilities:

- Support procurement request processing, tracking, and record keeping, including Purchasing Info Record requests and Request for Quotation tracking

- Update procurement information and records in SAP S/4HANA ERP system

- Support master data review and cleansing activities

- Assist with updating procurement SOPs and work instructions

- Support basic reporting, documentation, and other procurement or supply chain activities as required

Requirements:

- Basic Microsoft Office skills

- Ability to follow work instructions and structured processes

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication skills and willingness to learn

- Reliable and able to work as part of a team

Support, Performance & Development:

- Structured onboarding, work instructions, and dedicated mentor or buddy support will be provided
