## Job Summary

Join Temporal as a Staff Product Manager for Agent Platform, defining the product experience for developers building AI agents on the most durable execution platform in the industry.

## Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product experience for developers building and running AI agents on Temporal.

- Shape the strategy for internal agent platforms, driving multi-agent orchestration roadmap and establishing success metrics.

- Partner closely with AI engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Developer Relations to ensure developer success.

## Requirements

- 8+ years of product management experience.

- Deep AI and agent domain knowledge.

- Developer empathy and platform product thinking.

- Experience shipping developer tools and distributed systems literacy.

## Nice-to-Have

- Experience with agent architectures, Temporal or workflow engine experience, and open-source community experience.

## Compensation

- Estimated salary range: $185,000 - $260,000.

- Eligible to participate in Temporal's equity plan.
