## Description

As a Trade Marketeer France, you will be accountable for executing and implementing marketing and trade marketing initiatives to support Lamb Weston's value and volume ambitions in France.

This is a temporary role starting November 15 until September 15, 2027.

You will work closely with the Core EMEA Marketing and local Sales Execution teams to ensure alignment on key priorities.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring consistent deployment and execution of EMEA marketing campaigns and initiatives

- Deploying local campaigns in line with EMEA Marketing guidelines

- Contributing to improving the effectiveness of all Sales Funnel steps to generate qualified leads

- Enabling and equipping the sales team to practice consultative selling

- Building and implementing PULL & PUSH trade marketing plans and activations in France

- Contributing to the long-term Route to Market strategy and developing initiatives in focus segments

- Ensuring aligned timing of launches and campaigns with customers and the sales team

- Supporting the marketing team and Country Sales Manager in developing the country's Annual Operating Plan

- Identifying areas of opportunity to further improve customer engagement in the channel across regions

- Staying current on market trends, industry standards, and competitor activities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- At least a bachelor's degree with a specialization in Marketing, Marketing Communication, or Category Management

- 5 years of marketing experience within the Foodservice sector in France, with FMCG experience being a plus

- Understanding of the channels and customers

- Strong negotiating skills and ability to handle matrix organizations

- Fluency in English and French

- Strong communication skills

- Flexibility to travel within France and to the Netherlands
