**Job Description:**

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will lead or support the New Product Development and Commercialization process. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting marketing operations, such as forecasting, supply, and manufacturing, in collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Executing pricing strategies

- Conducting market intelligence studies

- Performing market research on new applications, new product development, market trends, and seeking new market opportunities

- Analysing competition and regularly updating data

- Contributing to the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) execution

- Focusing on operational marketing for selected market segments

- Creating product content and selling tools for the sales team
