## Description

Join our team at Holidu and contribute to our portfolio of holiday homes. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in our DMO metro projects, converting leads into new customers. You will contact hosts proactively, find out if Holidu is the right solution for their needs, and use various sales methods such as cold calling, inbound leads, and referrals.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing our portfolio of holiday homes

- Overseeing the conversion of leads into new customers

- Contacting hosts proactively to find out if Holidu is the right solution for their needs

- Using various sales methods such as cold calling, inbound leads, and referrals

- Presenting products to individual customers on-site and remotely

- Building your own network

- Collecting feedback from customers and supporting the development of processes and products in collaboration with other departments

You will be responsible for your own activities and will ensure the achievement of monthly goals. You will also take responsibility for smaller projects and represent Holidu at various events.

We are looking for someone with high motivation and persuasion skills, both on the phone and in personal conversations. You should have a positive and empathetic personality, be solution-oriented, and able to work responsibly and organized. Optimism and a willingness to take on new challenges are essential.

It would be beneficial if you have experience in sales or customer service, the travel industry, or online business. You should have near-native German language skills and fluent English. A driver's license (class B) is also required.
