## Description

We are seeking a Content Strategy Analyst II to join our Content Strategy and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering technical content and publications about Mastercard products and services for our customers.

The role involves performing all stages of the processes to publish technical content in online, mobile, and printed formats. This includes researching, evaluating, selecting, and implementing new enterprise-wide processes and technologies.

Key responsibilities:

- Work with cross-functional teams and multiple business/product owners to create and update technical content

- Ensure updates are made to content in accordance with the CS&D writing standards

- Manage day-to-day writing and publishing needs to deliver content online for consumption through multiple channels

- Provide excellent customer service to our business partners and customers

- Author in XML or markdown, a tool utilized for content creation and editing

- Publish technical content to multiple platforms and output types

Requirements:

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Technologically savvy with experience in content creation and editing

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic working understanding of content localization

- Experience with Microsoft Office products and content management systems

- Familiarity with taxonomy and entitlements within HTML, Markdown, and XML
