## Description

Keywords Studios Mexico is seeking customer service representatives for written support to join our team.

The successful candidate will communicate with players, solve problems such as lost accounts or questions about game details, and provide excellent customer service through chats, emails, and tickets.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with players and solve their problems

- Provide excellent customer service through chats, emails, and tickets

Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German

- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a constantly evolving environment

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to actively listen to instructions and execute tasks

- Full-time availability

- High School Diploma preferred but not required

- Living in Mexico City or Estado de Mexico

- Office located in Nuevo Polanco
